The location was fantastic next to central old town Seville, the cathedral and tourist attractions, shopping, and restaurants, and had everything you needed. Wonderfully helpful staff, they gave nice tips

We had a wonderful stay at an amazing apartment in the heart of the city. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given all the information we needed for a great trip. The apartment was fully equipped with every amenity we could ask for, and the rooftop deck was a fantastic bonus. The location couldn't have been better, with shops, bars, and must-see attractions just a short walk away. Highly recommend Genteel Home Santa Cruz for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seville!

Our Easter stay was amazing! the apartment was bright, clean, and modern, and had everything we needed. the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions. the location of the property was perfect, with a great strip of restaurants right at our doorstep. We loved being able to easily explore the city and enjoy delicious meals just steps away. Plus, the apartment had all the necessary amenities and more, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The size of the bathroom. It was a bit small, but it didn't really dampen our experience.

The apartment is centrally located and within walking distance of all the attractions and restaurants in the Santa Cruz neighborhood. the modern and renovated apartment is well-equipped and has two bathrooms, making it convenient for a family of four. the helpful and friendly host provided recommendations for local sights and restaurants, ensuring a great experience. Supermarkets are nearby, and there is a lift in the residential block for easy access.

Communication with the host was limited beforehand.

The location of the hotel was amazing, situated in the heart of the old town. We were just a short walk away from all the major attractions, shops, and restaurants. It made exploring the city so convenient and easy. Additionally, the apartment was spacious and had a beautiful terrace with stunning views. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a romantic evening and soak in the atmosphere of the city. Furthermore, the kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy night in.

The lack of communication with the host prior to our stay. We had a few questions about check-in that went unanswered, which made the process a bit confusing and frustrating.
